ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY 

We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Experience Representative to join our team. You’ll play an important role in supporting our customers, delivering efficient and helpful service in a fast-paced environment. To succeed, you’ll bring strong communication skills, attention to detail and a genuine passion for creating great customer experiences. 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• 1-2 years of customer service experience 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software 
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 
• Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction 
• Provide product and service information to customers 
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges 
• Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information as needed 
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met 
• Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Vehicle Preparation Attendant (Car Detailer) to join our team at our Eagle Farm branch.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for ensuring our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned, presented to a high standard and ready for rental. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, vacuum and detail vehicles in line with company standards
• Prepare vehicles for customer collection
• Inspect vehicles for damage, defects or maintenance concerns
• Ensure vehicles are appropriately fuelled and fluids are topped up as required
• Assist with the management and restocking of vehicle cleaning supplies
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
• Support the branch team with other operational duties as required

Please Note: This position description is not exhaustive, and you may be required to perform other reasonable duties to support branch operations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A reliable and positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of vehicle cleaning or maintenance techniques
• A valid driver licence and safe driving record
• The physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to approximately 23 kg
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends

Previous experience in vehicle detailing, cleaning, automotive maintenance or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
